Warranty

We offer a 3 year warranty on all cable boxes. Satellite warranties can be handled directly through the manufacturers of the box. This contact information can be found in the user manual.

This will void your cable or satellite warranty:

• Modifying the unit in anyway (adding a board, loading software etc.)
• Physical damage

The units we sell haven't been altered or modified to receive unauthorized cable signals from any cable company or cable operator.  We sell to Cable Companies, Brokers, Web-based Companies and the General Public.  We do not sell cable boxes that get channels for free or offer parts or technical support for these items. If we authorize returns there is a 30% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping BOTH ways. No exceptions.
