Return Policy

All returns must meet the following criteria in order to be refunded:

Returned in new and un-used condition
Have obtained a RMA number by email BEFORE returning the unit
Returned within 30 days of the product being SHIPPED to you
Returns cannot be missing any parts
Returns subject to a 30% restocking fee
Shipping is not refundable
You pay for shipping back to us
Accessories are no returnable
If you purchase a cable unit and find out that it does not descramble cable or work on digital we reserve the right to void your return.
No returns or refunds on satellite equipment

The units we sell haven't been altered or modified to receive unauthorized cable signals from any cable company or cable operator. We sell to Cable Companies, Brokers, Web-based Companies and the General Public. We do not sell cable boxes that get channels for free or offer parts or technical support for these items. If we authorize returns there is a 30% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping BOTH ways. No exceptions.
